The Electoral Fellows Institute trains high school and college students to build movements around the issues they care most about.

 

Through direct partnerships with political candidates throughout California, students gain hands-on experience shaping campaigns and influencing the democratic process.

ELECTORAL FELLOWSHIP

Our flagship fellowship equips students with the practical and strategic skills necessary to:
Execute impactful rallies and public demonstrations alongside political candidates, ensuring events are strategically aligned with broader campaign objectives
Recruit and retain dedicated members by building sustainable organizational structures and fostering shared purpose
Conduct rigorous issue research and craft persuasive messaging, translating complex policy topics into compelling arguments that resonate across multiple audiences and coalitions
